At BAGABU, we take great care in packing and delivering your order safely. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure that your BAGABU products reach you securely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during major sale periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered email address and/or mobile number, wherever applicable.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro locations.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeline is indicative and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Courier or logistics delays

Natural disruptions

High order volumes during sales or festive periods

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, promotional offer, or shipping method.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

COD availability will be shown at checkout.

BAGABU reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain locations, products, customers, or orders where required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Please allow some time for the courier partner's tracking system to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

Full name

Delivery address

PIN code

Mobile number

Email address

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the information if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt to contact you if they are unable to complete the delivery.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.

Delayed Orders

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
